Self Care for the Senses

If you are like me, I struggle with self care and taking care of myself! I’ve made it my goal to be very intentional with showing myself love daily and month. I think we immediately think of a massage as self care and I got to thinking about the 5 senses. How each sense impacts us emotionally and I found it so neat to research that 75% of all emotions generated daily are do to smell!

I thought this would be a fun way for you to have a fun and realistic self care check list. Each month think about each sense and did you do something that positively impacted you with each one. Journal it and then you start seeing all the little things that add up.
