Tween girlies join us in an afternoon of celebrating growing up and embracing the changes you might be experiencing.

Nurse practitioner, Mackenzie Jackson will be educating the girls about hormones, puberty, hygiene and body positivity. We will be using the book- Keeping Care of You as our reference. If your daughter has this book, bring it with any questions.

This is a drop off event to create a safe environment for the girls to ask any questions and not feel pressured or embarrassed to ask about the female body.
